less appropriate: high-end programs where boxes are curated for customers.

I would recommend Printfection to others who are looking for bulk merchandise branding because of their quick turnaround for all of my current inventory.

Overall, Printfection serves as a centralized hub for Whatfix to efficiently handle our swag inventory needs and enhance our marketing efforts through branded merchandise. We like the diverse range of items available that we ca choose from to reward our customers for their advocacy efforts. The scenario Printfection would be less appropriate for would be if a storefront self service option was required where end users would have to select swag themselves and check out.

Printfection is great for a remote team or large team needing to manage many people who have their hand in swag and promotional items. We use them to print, store and ship and it has been a game changer. It's helpful because we manage a decent number of skus and it allows our team to easily send a variety of items out.Printfection is less helpful for people who have a LARGE number of SKU's (it can get costly) and it is not helpful for people with only a FEW SKUs and few inventory items since you pay per month to carry those items (which can get costly if the value of the items is low)Also we don't love the idea of not seeing an item before shipping it out to a client, employe or vendor. We wish we could get complimentary samples post printing.

It's perfect for employee and customer swag. They have great vendors, and they ensure quality products are made. They work with you to stay within budget, and offer samples if needed.

They have everything you need

Printfection has been great at helping us execute a large conference swag order. We choose one item that was not in the Printfection catalog, but the Printfection team was so great to work with and managed to get the item we wanted.

I was given the respoinsibility of finding a swag platform with limited instruction on what was wanted, how it should be distributed, etc. Printfection helped introduce me to all the things they offer, guided me through all the processes, and each department was very knowledgeable. As I said before, I had very little information on what my company was looking for so Printfection really helped me get the ball rolling and showing me what the end game would look like.

I think they're a great solution if you're looking for a vendor to work with you on branded swag. We had a rush order for our customer advisory committee and we're so last minute on ordering, and Printfection really hit it out the park with identifying the items we could get quickly and helping us order ASAP to get the items in-hand with less than 2 weeks turnaround. Primary use cases I would 10/10 recommend Printfection for: Storing branded swag Designing branded swag (multi-color, edgy designs - not your standard logo on a hat) Custom swag packs / branded swag boxes Enabling sales/CS teams to ship custom swag packs to prospects and customers Out of the box swag items (if you can dream it, they can source it)

Printfection is best suited for larger companies, especially in the B2B space. The giveaways, kits, and campaigns are a huge asset to our company. If you are looking for something more adhoc I would not consider Printfection, as the intent is an extended partnership with a regular order cadence.

Printfection is great for companies who want to brainstorm swag ideas, have specific retailers they want to buy from, and have specific needs.

We absolutely love Printfection and it has been a great experience so far. The swag and apparel we order often exceed our expectations and the team is incredibly helpful and creative. Our CSM is knowledgeable and quick with email responses and any support we might need. We also have a dedicated merchandise manager who is always coming up with new ideas for our team.

On the other hand, the lack of Salesforce integration capabilities has been very frustrating for us. We bought Printfection because we were struggling to track our gifting and we needed something that would communicate nicely with Salesforce. We were told the integration worked and was easy but it took multiple meetings with the team to get it set up and it's still not what we were hoping for. The integration is really just creating a button that links to Printfection and the two tools don't communicate in any way.

Great for when you want to work on custom swag projects and have dedicated representatives assist you. They also have a catalogue that you can browse and request mock ups for. They are also great if you find something you like but it isn't in your budget. Areas that wouldnt be great is if you are hoping they replace an internal design team - they will need your guidance when doing more complicated or ambiguous designs.

You can use swag for so many things. The catalog of items is quite overwhelming, so sometimes I ask them to narrow down some ideas for a particular event. They've recently created two different decks with options beautifully and clearly laid out. I really appreciate that hands on approach and it helps us make decisions quicker.

Has not been great for smaller direct mail pieces that require envelope stuffing, labeling, and mailing.

Printfection has been great all the way around; however, item quality is sometimes suffering. We have spent more than 100K over the years in employee and customer swag, but unless a hefty amount of money is spent on a given item, item quality in the lower levels is lacking. This has been a catalyst for us exploring other options; however, we have stayed with Printfection because of the other areas that they particularly excel in.

Love Printfection and would highly recommend to a colleague! Their team is friendly, quick to respond, and helpful with our niche requests. The platform is easy to use and our team hasn't had any issues learning how to use it.

Great all-around swag company. Provide support and a dedicated team to help with your projects. They provide storage solutions for your swag which is great for a remote-first company. The design team is awesome is always willing to provide edits or creative suggestions for you.

Printfection has been a great way to send swag to events we're both hosting and attending. The drop ship option is one we use frequently and has been effective on multiple occasions.

It would not be appropriate for a company with more than 2500 employees or a certain amount of volume. I tried to buy something last week and they only had 500 units of it. That was enough for me but wouldn't be for another company, unfortunately. It's really well suited for enterprise companies that have a lot of outreach and marketing initiatives.

Here are the two use cases of how we distribute the items most of the time, and Printfection can do it all:

1. Drop ship for events. The best part is selecting a specific package arrival day on the platform!
2. Gifts for partners, customers, and employees. We can either import a list of recipients or send links to people. This is pretty awesome.

I would recommend Printfection for its exceptional user experience and comprehensive range of features. The platform is user-friendly and somewhat easy to navigate, allowing users to quickly and easily access the tools and resources they need to create/manage their swag.
